Chào by Fulin Labs is an AI receptionist for spas and massage shops. You photograph your price list, Chào builds a receptionist from it, and customers book by chatting in their own language.

What problem does Chào solve?

Small service shops take most bookings by chat, often from tourists who do not share the staff’s language. Someone has to answer all day. Chào answers in the customer’s language and brings the owner in only when a decision is needed.

How does Chào work?

You take a photo of your menu, or type it or say it out loud. Chào reads it, builds your receptionist and gives you a QR code. Customers scan the code, chat and ask for a booking. You tap Confirm or Decline. When the AI is unsure, it asks you for help.

Chào also has a staff training: staff scan a second QR code, go through five picture cards in their language, then try four practice situations. You can see how many people finished.

Who is Chào for?

Owners of spas and massage shops, mainly in tourist cities, who want to serve foreign customers without answering messages all day. Shops with several locations can ask for a managed pilot.
